Community Outreach

Migrant Health Service, Inc. (MHSI) has 5 Community Health Specialists working in its year-round health centers in Grafton, ND, and Moorhead, Rochester, and Willmar, MN.

Community Health Specialists serve current MHSI patients by providing information, referrals, and other services, and they seek out and register new patients.  They also form links between MHSI patients and health care providers, employers of farmworkers, and community organizations by presenting information on MHSI to these employers and organizations and attending community events and meetings.
