Migrant Health Service, Inc. (MHSI) is a private, non-profit organization established in 1973 that serves the health needs of migrant and seasonal farm workers (MSFW) and their family members. MHSI operates nine nurse-managed clinics and two advocacy program centers in Minnesota and North Dakota. Nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants are on staff at four year-round locations.

Find us at Big Iron!
MHSI will be an exhibitor at the Big Iron Farm Show at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds in West Fargo, ND. The expo, held September 14-16, is one of the largest in the midwest and expects almost 80,000 visitors this year. Stop by booth L68 in the livestock building to visit with staff, get more information, or register for services. Don't forget about the door prizes!
